This is the work I enjoy most, fast-paced, hands-on, and close to real decisions. From deals to investor work, each project has shaped how I approach strategy and execution. Here are some of the many Projects I have been involved in thus far.

Deal Lead - Capital raise & Operations

Owned day-to-day execution of a seed extension round, bridging toward a €25m Series A and growth phase, including investor materials, data room setup, and end-to-end fundraising coordination.

Project Owl

Deal lead - Capital raise

Responsibilities include preparing teaser, investor materials, and financial model (multinational three-way), managing data room setup, drafting investor FAQ summaries, negotiating term sheet, coordinating VC calls, and supporting valuation workstreams and board-level updates for an AI-driven media monitoring platform expanding internationally.

Project Mapleleaf

Deal lead - M&A sell side

Responsibilities included preparing teaser, buyer long list, information memorandum, and managing the due diligence room for an Australian geotechnical engineering firm. Supported working capital alignment for SPA negotiations and coordinated Q&A process. The business was successfully sold for approximately AUD $10M.

Project Lightyear

Deal support - Capital raise

Project Lightyear is one of Asia's largest online comparison platforms. The
management team explored an AUD $30m (€18.1m) capital raise in the form
of cash and contra (media for equity). Owned day to day deal handlings, long list, reach outs, teaser & IM.

Project Westfield

Deal lead - M&A sell side

An independent Australian strategic advisory firm specialising in planning
and delivery of infrastructure for government. The founders were seeking an
exit as the sought retirement. Supported working on IM, built company financial model, supported due-dilligence efforts. The business was successfully sold for AU $11m (€7m).

Project Tiger

Deal support - M&A buy side

Project Tiger is an Australian National Sports team, for a highly popular and
followed league. A high
net worth individual expressed interest in owning the asset. We assisted in a
buy-side advisory role, helping the individual purchase the team (with the
league allowing for privitised ownership). The transaction was successful,
where our client purchased a majority shareholding of the asset for circa
AUD $30m (€18.1m).
